ANALYSIS AND FEASIBILITY DESIGN

Our technical department utilizes CAD-CAM systems to develop a precise and detailed 3D drawing.
We use two operating systems: VISI VERO and TEBIS AG softwares, also with the possibility of performing also the three-dimensional of any object with the 3D SCANNER.

3D scanner

Through the 3D scanner it is possible to trace the mathematics of any object and transform it into a 3D file ready to be processed.
Thanks this technology we even collaborated in the creation of some replicas of marble statues such as the “Madonna del perdono by Donatello”, visible at the Siena Museum.

MATHEMATICAL DEVELOPMENT AND RAPID PROTOTYPING

In the development phase of the project, customers are given the opportunity to check the size and aesthetics of the design thanks to 3D prototyping.
We are able to realize the prototype of the particular, thus guaranteeing the customer a safety during the realization of the mold.

MOLD AND TEST REALIZATION

Over time we have developed a high level of knowledge in the production of plastic components across an array of sectors, including medical, mechanics to plastic for alimentary. The company’s processes of production allow the realization of display of promotional and industrial items, manufactured in resistant chemical plastic material.It is guaranteed that parts are molded to a consistent and high degree of precision with a certified quality system complying with ISO 9001-2008.
For the production we have 14 injection molding machines with a capacity from 60 to 600 tons.
